Quality and certifications

LPR has been committed to a quality and certification approach for over 10 years.

For LPR, quality management is a corporate project. LPR’s entire workforce is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the service offered to customers.

This commitment has borne fruit: ‘La Palette Rouge’ is considered to be one of the best pallets on the market.

Quality goes hand in hand with certification, both for the Group as a whole and locally for each subsidiary. LPR has been:

  • ISO 9001 certified in France since 1996 by AFAQ
  • ISO 9001 certified in Portugal since 2008 by SGS
  • ISO 9001 certified in Benelux, Spain and the United Kingdom since 2010 by SGS.

Apart from quality, LPR is the first company in the pallet-pooling sector to have extended its quest for certification to sustainable development. In March 2010 LPR obtained PEFC certification, which guarantees the use of pallets made of wood from sustainably-managed forests.
