Developing individual skills is a principal objective of our HR management policy. We therefore offer a wide range of training courses, designed to help employees keep abreast of changes in their specialist fields in a world in perpetual movement, and also develop their soft skills, language skills and leadership skills. In order to ensure consistency and harmonisation throughout the LPR Division, 2017 will be a year of challenges with a project to create online learning solutions. The LPR Academy will offer each employee access to training modules including e-learning, available at any time, from anywhere. Our training policy is based on a study of individual and collective needs in line with Group strategy, and we take care to look ahead and consider the skills that will be necessary in the future. This continuous attention coupled with periodic performance assessments are useful ways of developing our organisation, with full consideration for individual ambitions. Careers management and the identification of individual potential are fundamental elements of our HR policy.
