“I am in charge of entering the data related to the declarations of movements, a key element in our activity. It is an apparently simple task but I know it has to be done very accurately, otherwise our team cannot operate seamlessly and reach the objectives set. The main goal of my job is to ensure that all assets are collected in a timely manner, to allow LPR to minimize losses, while building strong relationships with major retailers. Furthermore, working with our Operations department to optimize vehicle fill rate, reduce unit cost to collect ,and minimize damage rate. What I like most about my role is the wide diversity of the locations that I visit and the people that I meet. I can go from the smallest Drop Point to the largest Distribution Centre in the country, all of which are equally as important. I take great satisfaction in resolving any issues from a Drop Point that allows for a stronger relationship with LPR, and enjoy walking around a Distribution Centre while being told that we offer a quality product with excellent customer service.(Andy, LPR U.K)
