LPR Academy

We offer a wide range of training courses, designed to help employees keep abreast of changes and also to help them develop their soft skills, language skills and leadership skills. The LPR Academy has been developped to offer each employee access to training modules including e-learning, available at any time, from anywhere. Our training policy is based on a study of individual and collective needs and we take care to look ahead and consider the skills that will be necessary in the future. This continuous attention coupled with periodic performance assessments are useful ways of developing our people, with full consideration for individual ambitions.
