Important notice about Covid-19

Dear Customer,

In the context of the Corona Virus epidemic (COVID-19) in Europe, LPR is closely monitoring the evolution of the situation to anticipate and mitigate any possible impact on our pallet movements.

Since several weeks LPR has initiated precautionary measures to avoid the spreading of the COVID-19, including, among others, providing specific health and safety instructions to employees and to all suppliers (service centres, pallet manufacturers and carriers) based on the guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO).

In addition, LPR developed a business continuity plan for all its European subsidiaries, relying in particular on:

• The flexibility of our Service Centre network implemented throughout Europe, allowing to compensate any blockage of one Centre by shifting the activity to other Centres.
• The accessibility of all our IT system remotely and the equipment of LPR employees with mobile solutions, allowing to connect safely to the system when teleworking.

This business continuity plan has been progressively put in place as many European countries have adopted containment measures. A large proportion of LPR's employees are currently teleworking and some of our administrative offices, such as our Milan office, have been completely closed. Please note, that the contact numbers remain unchanged as line transfers have been organized.
LPR is also working in close cooperation with its subcontractors in order to keep ensuring all deliveries.Considering the context, and despites our efforts, we trust you will understand that LPR services may be delayed (or even prevented). Please rest assured that LPR will notify you immediately should such a situation arise.
