LPR-La Palette Rouge, the European pallet pooling expert, a division of Euro Pool Group, is proud to announce the successful completion of the first phase of its ISO 9001:2015 multi-site certification spanning its headquarters in France and Benelux. With multi-site certification, LPR demonstrates that it upholds standardised processes across its entire operation, increases reliability for its international customers, accelerates continuous improvement and secures operational excellence across the entire business.
ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It provides a framework for delivering consistent quality through well-controlled processes, a risk-based approach, and a culture of continuous improvement focused on customer satisfaction.
This milestone brings together LPR Headquarters, which manages European customer contracts and pallet flows, along with LPR Benelux and LPR Belgium under a single Quality Management System. More importantly, it marks another step in building a cohesiveorganisation, working with shared standards, common processes and a collective commitment to excellence.
“By harmonising the way we work across our entities, we are creating a stronger, more connected network. We are leveraging the expertise and best practices developed throughout LPR to improve collaboration, increase consistency and deliver an even more reliable experience for our customers and partners, regardless of where they operate”, said Marie Barthelemy, Head of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality at LPR.
This unified approach also reinforces our circular business model. Standardised processes and continuous improvement help optimise pallet flows, simplify operations and enhance efficiency across the network. The result is a supply chain that is not only more reliable, but also more sustainable, creating circular progress for our customers, our partners and the wider supply chain ecosystem.
In 2027, LPR will extend the Multi-Site Certification to some of its largest country organisations (France, UK, Portugal and Spain).
With full deployment planned across all LPR country organisations by 2028, this initiative is helping shape a more connected, agile and customer-focused organisation, one that continues to evolve while staying true to LPR’s purpose of creating circular progress.
